For over 60 years Zanolo has been specialized in staple dyeing on natural, artificial and synthetic fibres, with particular attention to the environmental and economic sustainability of processes. All our processes are SVHC Free, Chlorine Free and Formaldehyde Free.
We treat natural fibres such as cotton, FR viscose and linen using fine dyes such as indanthren (VAT), reactives, sulphur and direct that guarantee maximum solidity, without compromising subsequent processing.
Our expertise also extends to the bleaching of cotton and the dyeing of fibres for sectors with particular needs, such as clothing, transport, furnishing and filtration industries.
We dye polyester, acrylic and modacrylic for automotive, naval and rail products, for the production of protective clothing, knitwear, furnishing fabrics and filtration.
Among our treatments, there are also those on wool and polyamide for fabrics used in the aeronautical, naval and railway sectors, for clothing and knitwear.
For each dye requested by the customer, we study the color and test its fastness in accordance with international standards that regulate the successive processes .
In addition to dyeing the fibres, we also carry out textile finishing with the Stopfire® flame retardant treatment and with Biowash®, the special anti-felting treatment for wool without the use of chlorine.
We are also able to apply a wide range of cosmetics, traditional and natural antibacterial active ingredients such as propolis and chitosan to the fibres.
We specialize in Reach Compliance treatment, which involves the extraction of hazardous substances (DMF, MSDS, DMAc) from synthetic fibers to make them usable within the European market.
Our production capacity is 30,000 tons/day of fibres.
After dyeing we are very well equipped in blending of different colors and different fibers, delivering to the customer the dyed and mixed fiber ready to be spun or woven.
